Processing Time

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow:

- 2–4 business days for order processing

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping only:

- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping promotions (if available) will appear at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

- A tracking number

- A link to monitor your delivery status

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

We are not responsible for:

- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Lost packages after the courier marks them as delivered


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.


Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some handwoven pieces may be listed as preorder or made-to-order.

Any additional processing time will be noted on the product page.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will assist you with a replacement or a courier claim.
